The 2018 Grantee Meeting will be held from November 28-30, 2018, at the DoubleTree by Hilton hotel in Crystal City, VA. This year’s theme is Grounded in Culture, Cultivating our Future. The event is open for grantees with funding in Fiscal Year 2018 (i.e., grantees who have projects ending prior to November 2018 will not be able to attend).

Meeting Overview

ANA’s Grantee Meeting is an opportunity for ANA grantees and federal staff who are working in Native communities to exchange ideas, provide feedback to one another, learn about how to better manage your ANA grant award, and learn about ANA resources such as technical assistance, toolkits, and other resources that can be accessed with or without funding. The meeting will be highly interactive and will include expert speakers, as well as dozens of workshops on a range of topics across program areas. The plenary sessions and workshops will cover areas including data and evaluation and program administration, as well as topic-specific sessions on Native languages, youth, and social and economic development. There will also be an interactive poster session, as well as other formal and informal opportunities for networking.
